Christianity and Proper Thinking
It is good to think properly so that you don't increase stress. Thinking that is not based on the truth and facts, can cause anxiety and depression. It is better to keep a level head and be realistic to be able to cope with life.
The Holy Bible also gives advice on this topic. Here are a couple of scriptures that talk about how to think properly. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 1 Peter 5:8. Another scripture found in Philipians 4:8 states, Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy--meditate on these things.
Becoming A Christian
The Bible provides instruction to life's most common and challenging situations. If you are not a Christian and would like to become a Christian, here is what to do. That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. Romans 10:9-10.
First, you can pray this prayer:
Father God please forgive me of all my sins. I confess that Jesus is Lord and I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead. I forgive others and ask you to help me to forgive those who have wronged me. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
Secondly search for a Bible believing church that you can visit on a regular basis. I listen to this broadcast a lot to help me keep on track. The web address is fthcm.org
I also attend church regularly and it has helped me.
Feel free to contact me to let me know you have prayed the prayer. I can be reached at contactdivinewellness@gmail.com
